Bootcamp

What you can expect:
This class has targeted exercises including cardio, strength training, and bodyweight exercises that will focus on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Occasionally, circuits are also included. It's a new class every time!

Unarmed Self Defense Class
Empowering people to take control of their own personal safety
Jamie uses his years of experience as a military veteran, instructor and member of the police force to teach a monthly self defense course that focuses on situational awareness, strikes and pressure points.
$40 each, space is limited.

LadyFit Cardio
Wednesday - 6pm

This class Is all about creating a safe space that enables ladies to be themselves. From cardio dancing, to weights, and more, it’s high energy and about stepping out of your comfort zone but having a blast doing it. This class is great for all levels!

Yogafit
Thursday 6pm
Instructor: Jobie
Lots of movement, full body exercise, sweaty, empowering! In Yogafit, we add Pilates and calisthenics!
