SINUS DRAINAGE MASSAGE

Gentle massage techniques are used to encourage sinus drainage and help relieve feelings of facial pressure, congestion, and tension while promoting relaxation.

EXPRESS MASSAGE

SWEDISH OR PRENATAL MASSAGE

This is our relaxation-focused massage, using light to medium pressure to encourage relaxation and help calm the body.

​

Swedish massage is a wonderful choice when your goal is to slow down, relax, release everyday tension, and enjoy a calming massage experience.

​

Prenatal Massage is offered at the same price and is specifically adapted to provide comfort and relaxation during pregnancy.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

90 Minutes — $115

This is the massage many of our longtime clients have come to know and love.

​

Therapeutic Massage combines Swedish and deeper therapeutic techniques, with less pressure on areas such as the arms and legs and more focused work on areas that tend to hold pain and tension — including the back, hips, shoulders, and other problem areas.

​

Trigger point work and deeper tissue techniques may be incorporated when appropriate to help address muscular tension and discomfort.

​

If you’re looking for a massage that is more therapeutic and focused on problem areas, this is likely the best choice.

INTEGRATED MASSAGE

Our newest massage option combines therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, and SMRT integration.

This session goes beyond traditional massage by incorporating gentle SMRT techniques designed to help the central nervous system settle and the body respond differently to muscular tension.

The goal is not simply to work harder on tight muscles, but to help the body relax, release, and respond.

This unique combination is especially suited for clients looking for a more individualized approach to pain, tension, movement, and muscular restriction.

What to Expect During Your Visit

 

Your comfort is our priority.  Before your session begins, your massage therapist will discuss your goals, answer any questions, and explain what to expect.

 

During your massage, you'll be appropriately draped at all times while only the area being worked on is exposed. Your therapist will adjust pressure and techniques based on your comfort level and your feedback throughout the session.
