Kayla is a 2007 graduate of Indiana Business College and has been a licensed massage therapist for 18 years. She specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release, releasing the rotator cuff, hip/pelvic dysfunction, and prenatal massage.

She strives to build a relationship of trust with each and every client she sees. She also desires to educate her clients about natural alternatives to self-care and self-healing.

Lauren Bittner, LMT

Lauren graduated from lvy Tech in May of 2021 with her Associates degree of Applied Sciences. She has a background in various massage settings such as a chiropractic center, a salon, and now at MonroeWellness. She is proficient in Swedish massage, therapeutic/deep tissue massage, and prenatal massage. She looks forward to continuing her education and improving her skill as a massage therapist to continue to best serve her clients!

She loves big dogs, her twin boys, rain, mockumentaries, and dark chocolate. Jobie received her 200 hr ryt certification in December of 2020. Her favorite type of classes to teach are flow and power yoga. Outside of the yoga studio she enjoys spending time with her family, and her church family!! Myself, my husband, 6 girls and 2 dogs enjoy doing activities outdoors. She also spends a lot of time at her family farm and showing dairy cattle with extended family.

Dr. Gavin Gardner,

Chiropractor

Dr. Gavin Gardner is a licensed chiropractor in both Ohio and Indiana. His journey into chiropractic care began in Van Wert, Ohio, where he received his first chiropractic adjustment in eighth grade. From that moment, he knew he wanted to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Saint Francis. During his time as a student-athlete, he was introduced to dry needling, a technique that ultimately saved his football career and ignited a deep interest in advanced therapeutic modalities.

Following his undergraduate studies, he continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. While completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he dedicated additional time to exploring complementary healing methods, including dry needling and acupuncture. His primary passion lies in dry needling due to its profound impact on patient outcomes and its' ability to address musculoskeletal dysfunction effectively.

Dr. Gavin is committed to providing holistic, patient-centered care that not only alleviates immediate discomfort but also supports long-term health and wellness. His goal is to empower patients to take control of their well-being!

Jamie Tharpe, Owner Tharpe Firearms

Sergeant Jamie Tharp served 20 years with the Decatur Police Department and was a Certified Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) Instructor. In 1990, while still in high school, Tharp enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves.

Tharp started his civilian law enforcement career in 1995 when he became an Adams County Sheriff Reserve Deputy and an Adams County Jail Officer. Even though his time was short at the ACSD, Tharp was exposed to numerous offenders every day, giving him insight to the behavior of the criminal mind.

In 1999 Tharp was hired by the Decatur Police Department and in 2001 he was asked to become the Departments Firearms Instructor. He has trained thousands of Police, Fire and EMS personnel, worked with the U.S. Marshall’s Office, and trained some of Indiana’s SWAT team members and received active shooter and tactical medical training.
